    The good thingsThe only good thing about this company is casu al wear and sometimes in awhile you will get free food.However if you looking for career stop by well you can give a shot.
    The challenges-LACK OF MAN POWER and TEAM SUPPORT. -NO TRAINING AND PROPER HANDOVER. -THE PREVIOUS BACKLOGS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO HANDLE. AND THE BACKLOGS IS MORE THAN 1-2 YEARS -4 MAJOR JOBSCOPE HANDLE BY 1 PERSON. WITH LOW SALARY -IF YOU CANT HANDLE THE WORKLOAD, THEY WILL ASK YOU TO WORK UNTIL NIGHT WITHOUT OT. IF YOU CANT FULFILL THEIR SO CALLED KPI. WELL ALL BLAME ON YOU. -ACCUSING YOU FOR SOMETHING YOU DINT DO IS THE TOOLS OF THIER MENTAL TOTURE. - IF REVENUE IS GOING DOWN HILL. YOUR CONTRIBUTION WILL GET EFFECTED. -CEO IS THE HEAD OF EVERTHING, AND MANAGERS CANT MANAGE THIER DEPARTMENT BEACUSE THEY CANT FOCUS ON THEIR ROLES DUE TO MANY ROLES NEEDED TO TAKE PLACE. MANAGER ARE DIRECTOR? RUN OPERATION AND SUPPORT ? LACK OF MAN POWER BUT DEMAND MONTLY REPORTING.
