Doing maintenance of machineThe good thingsThe good thing is there have many type of skill i get from my experience. I learn how to repair the drive card. troubleshoot machine alone when on shift at night. For the starting to gain experience is good thing in this company. there have a lot we can learn either electrical or mechanical.
The challengesThe challenges i have been through is some of the skill such as wiring the 3 phase contactor, because what i have learn in University is just theory. So practical part im a bit slow. But, many of technician or engineer teach me how to wiring well.
