Welcoming & warm NOC, Routing team
The good thingsStarted as an intern at first, then got absorbed. The seniors & managers were very welcoming when I first joined, honestly couldn't asked for a better first company to work with to start my career.
The challengesThe customers & vendor partners can be a pain to handle sometimes. Working as the first line support could be mind numbingly stressful after a while, the shift rotations is another challenge to adapt. A good environment for a freshie to start, but not for growth, as there's not much room/opportunities for career development staying here.

    Great salary and benefit packages
The good thingsOperation team where I worked were really friendly, seniors always open to help/advise when needed. Individual initiatives/suggestions are appreciated and taken note by team lead/manager. Salary package were quite decent for freshies, it's definitely above average for Klang Valley area. Also have other benefits like medical, optical + dental, travel allowance, shift allowance, OT rates, heck engineers on shift duty could also order food online and the expenses covered by company.
The challengesHandling both customers and cooperating with the responsible account managers can be challenging at times, need to be able to handle the stress. The 24/7 shift can be tiring, working on public holidays or OT are kinda common, at least 3 hours OT per month.

    Inclusive and Enjoyable Working Environment
The good thingsThe company will never disappoint you in term of working opportunities, they continuously provide training and learning opportunities. with flat organization structure and flexible working environment, we don't believe in office politics and everyone working together towards same goal to make company performing well. We care about the well being of the staff and have well planned company events from time to time.
    The challengesSo far so good.
