    Remove micromanagement, create a healthier and more professional work environment.
    The good things- Previously had a stable, supportive, and harmonious working environment - Good fintech/payment gateway exposure - Friendly teamwork and collaborative culture before acquisition
    The challenges- Toxic culture and unhealthy workplace politics after acquisition - Strong micromanagement and pressure-driven leadership style - Frequent direction changes causing confusion and instability - Meetings often became tense with harsh communication if opinions differed from management - Employee morale dropped significantly over time - Many experienced and key employees resigned - Work-life balance and career development became major concerns - Contributions and extra responsibilities often felt underappreciated

    The environment with others department is okey other than same department, to much political and grouping enough. Dont trust anybody.
