    The good things1) To achieve monthly FFB target as per PMC budget (Division) and cultivate good Agriculture practice in the daily oil palm operation. 2) To control cost of oil palm operation below the budget a per Division allocation. 3) To create health & safety environment among the workers & staff in the daily Oil Palm operation as per DOSH requirement. 4) To plan and handle 83 manpower for Daily operation. Most of workers from Indonesia like Jawanese,Bugis,Lombok,Kupang,and Timorese
