    Challenges I have experienced
    The good thingsIt's a very good startup when you work at this company and learn all the way long.
    The challengesThere is always stock out each week and months, very low knowledge in management , high turnover of employees, there is always different answers by management even if there is black & white and it's a challenge for me to speak to my own team in North. Commission & expenses claims keeps delaying month by month.
