What’s it like working at UBER?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Uber drivers appreciate the flexibility to choose their own hours and be their own boss, as well as the opportunity to meet new people from diverse backgrounds. They value the independence and lack of strict rules or contracts, and note the income potential based on effort and miles/kilometres driven.

However, potential challenges include traffic conditions leading to delays, the need to manage difficult customer interactions at times, a demanding workload during busy periods, and concerns that the compensation may not always match the effort required.

Great experience of meeting new people To know different behaviours of customers.
The good thingsYou are your own boss. They give you the freedom to choose the number of rides to pick up and drop off for the delivery of food. The hours of delivery are lunch and dinner. On the weekends are busy with deliveries because customers do not go out for food. Prefer to eat at home and spend time with family. The tips for Uber were good they calculated by kilometres and miles. The further you go the more you are paid.
The challengesTime consuming on the body to complete ten deliveries within a day. I use a bicycle to deliver food instead of a car which I could have made more deliveries. The bicycle I used I could make only three trips a day. It a challenging job which makes you use a lot of man power.
