    The good thingsIt will be good if everyone can come to office anytime they wish and management can promote anyone who simply copy paste from ai tool as heads
    The challengesCertain leader is incapable of being in a management position due to a lack of discipline, professionalism, and understanding of the role. The head frequently comes to the office at their own convenience without following policies or showing respect for other people’s time. Meetings are often changed at the last minute because of habitual lateness. There also appears to be a lack of fundamental knowledge and competency required for the position. Heavy reliance on AI tools through simply copy-pasting, without proper thinking, analysis or original input. In addition, the practice of closed-door management creates an reflects an outdated mentality, and ultimately reduces confidence in the management team.

    The challengesThere are serious concerns regarding leadership capability, with no clear direction, inconsistent decision making, and questionable professional background and conduct. In some cases, promotions do not appear to be based on performance outcomes, and there are strong perceptions of favoritism. Policies are not applied consistently across levels, particularly regarding punctuality and tardiness, clearly reflecting a lack of accountability at leadership level. While staff are expected to follow working hours, certain heads, even those under probation, are habitually late and arrive openly with no consequence, further demonstrating a lack of accountability and unfairness. This repeated lack of discipline and accountability showing clear disrespect for others’ time, disrupting workflow, reducing efficiency, and demotivating staff across departments. In addition, communication is limited, with a closed door management style that reflects a more traditional old style approach.

    The good thingsYou have a lot of support from fellow technical teams on other sites. Starting salary and benefit are very good
    The challengesManagement do not really care about on site problems, they will only comment on the reports and numbers. If you get a new site/project, dont be surprised if budget, manpower and asset listing is not sufficient then what you actually have to work with.
