    UMP Holdings was incorporated in accordance proviso in the University & University-College Act 1971, under Section 7 (1) (a), (b) and (c). UMP Holdings was registered on March 8, 2004 as a private limited company with registration number 644762-H. UMPH is wholly owned by Universiti Malaysia Pahang with authorized capital of RM5,000,000.00 and paid-up capital of RM2,000,002.00. It is also registered with the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and CIDB for G7 class. The role of UMP Holdings is to participate in equitable partnership, joint ventures and any other form of cooperation in order to vitalize the roles and activities of a university. Our main activities are to develop, construct and manage the properties such as office buildings, laboratories, apartments, houses etc. In accordance to complement and enhance business activities for UMP Holdings, four subsidiaries were established with varies role which are UCT Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (UCT), UMP Services Sdn. Bhd. (UMPS) and UMP Technology Sdn. Bhd. (UMPT)

    Extra responsibilities translates into extra experience.
    The good thingsA lot of things is not established, yet. Which means a lot of room to play and implement your ideas, trying your best to drive the company forward can be a (the only) good cause. You can be as creative as you can. The location is far from town and far from being busy.
    The challengesExtra responsibilities does not translate into extra perks or renumeration. You'll just have to accept the only benefit that you'll receive is your accelerated learning curve. Career development is not well planned if not messy. Organization chart is changing at a worrisome frequency. Open feedbacks are limited, ie: my comments on this page got deleted before this.
