Unifield Technology College history begins with the establishment of an institution of higher learning recognized by the Foundation Institute of Alor Gajah. The institution was established on July 11, 1997.Subsequently, on May 11, 2002, based on the growth and positive development, the institute has changed its name officially to the College of Technology Foundation Alor Gajah.Through the development of higher education realm, Alor Gajah Foundation Technology College was taken over in late 2009 by a strong name in the higher education sector, KN Education. Sdn Bhd in late 2009 The acquisition managers still retain the name of the YAG College Sdn. Bhd.Various improvements and reforms achieved under this new management, including the change of name to Unifield Technology College institution, which was approved by the Ministry of Higher Education on January 6, 2011. In addition, our institution are making our way to carry out its own programme of Diploma in Business Management and Diploma in Hotel Management.Currently, our instituition are rapidly develop in A Famosa Resort, Alor Gajah, Malacca, which in a famous tourist area of Malacca. We also fostered cooperation with A Famosa Resort to become one of the agencies or bodies with direct relationship with Diploma Hotel Management programme. Additionally, A Famosa Resort strengthen cooperation by offering job opportunities to our students.To meet the country's needs in terms of manpower and skills as well as IT development, priority was given to the courses that based on Science and Technology. The college is also in effort to develop variety of courses and further education facilities to ensure they are in line with the latest science and technology advancement.In addition, there are also other programmes being conducted under this instituition such as the collarate/joint programme undertaken by the Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) and Department of Skill Development (DSD) Programme where it was formerly known as National Vocational Training Council (NVTC).
