    Since I worked as a part-time English lecturer, I only worked on certain times e.g. morning or afternoon.
    The good thingsI worked in a team so it was really helpful in terms of requiring teaching advices from other lecturers.
    The challengesThe international students were a bit challenging to deal with but lecturers will need to be stern and firm. Be kind even if the students are stubborn.
