Work-life balance is the best, the working environment is also comfortable, and the culture is just nice. In the department I've been working in, I can work independently, and freely arrange my work as long as all the work is completed, takda orang kacau I. nice.

The good thingsMany things to learn. Going home on time, nice coworkers and team members, can easily communicate and ask them for assistance. My previous immediate supervisor and director are both super nice and humble.

The challengesGrowth opportunity for this position. But I believe this depends on your position/department, as many from other departments have already been promoted.
