    The challengesThe frequent change of upper management, however it doesn't effect the employees in KL that much.

    Great place to work, albeit lots of change in management.
    The good thingsHigh flexibility, autonomy and room for growth here. You can explore and learn a lot due to the resources available. Relatively stable for most department. Excellent benefits and competitive salaries.
    The challengesFrequent structural and organizational change, fast-paced and many overnight decisions from management that are hastily made. Management needs to listen to the feedback from the ground.

    Great perks, flexibilities and exposure!
    The good thingsLove the company culture that values employee freedom, lots of perks and benefits, non-monetary benefits such as gym membership, optical, dental, insurance above market rate! Management is open and approachable and values employee feedback. Good for junior to middle execs to gain industry experience and exposure to international worldview.
    The challengesThough management is open, there still tend to be certain decisions that are strongly made from a top down approach and there is no little to no room of negotiation. HQ needs to understand business and company operation differs from country to country and the process of streamlining everything may not always be feasible, in contrary, it become additional workload to employees
