Tasks and duties

• Creating personalised learning plans tailored to each individual student's needs and abilities.
• Evaluating and tracking the progress of each student and modifying teaching strategies to meet their educational goals.
• Liaising with other professionals, such as therapists, psychologists, and social workers, to address special needs of students.
• Collaborating with parents and carers to keep them informed about their child's progress and suggesting strategies for reinforcing learning at home.
• Adapting teaching methods and learning materials to meet the varying abilities and interests of students.
• Organising learning outside the classroom with activities and trips to enhance students' educational experiences.
• Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people in their care.
