marketing is fun and hands-on, with plenty of opportunities to build your portfolio, and the processes are more systematic now
benefits wise, i can enjoy treatments with staff discounts, and if you’re suitable as a talent for shoots, you might even get free treatments
overall, it’s a great environment to learn, grow, and take on challenges
The challengesdirections can change suddenly, especially when sales drop, and communication could be better during peak seasons since information isn’t always well transferred

Colleagues are friendly, and management is supportive and also i like that the company does not allow gossip and this keeps the workplace peaceful. Overall, it’s a nice place with good teamwork and chances to learn. The department I work in is the only finance team that is not boring. We have a lot of funny moments and we work well together
