    A Good Experience
    The good thingsTrust the employees to make small decisions and willing to help if there is a problem. A good working environment with amazing colleagues especially my teammate. My boss is well mannered and low-temper, he is good listening too. My seniors, always there for us. Have communication with other countries as well. Encourage the employees to have training/studies.
    The challengesIf they give a chance for every employees to grow in career development. Have communication with other peoples in different countries.
