    The good thingsOpportunity for diversity and geographical moves. Great incentives. Hard work is recognized through a structured pay scale.
    The challengesOption to be mobile but sometimes its difficult to find the right mobility move. Depending on your work ethics, sometimes its a challenge when you want to work with unethical management. Performance review is not be best.
