The good thingsWonderful collaboration with teachers in other campuses. System is in place and stable which help most teachers to conduct the T&L better Effective meetings which help teachers to learn, grow and master the IB system. Reasonable working hours and very rarely teachers have to work on the weekends and public holidays Most of the program coordinators and head of subjects are professional, experienced and know their job very well.
The challengesSalary is low and stagnant. No bonuses, no medical benefits Constantly undergo changes here and there, claimed to be improvement but when it is clear some changes are just unnecessary. 6 weeks of school holidays when students are getting 12 weeks holidays due to preparation for the new quarter or academic year.
