The good thingsI'm really enjoyed be working at Hotel Grand Crystal because the management of Hotel is really smooth and excellent. Besides that, there are have the good working environment that really make me enjoy the job. My training is getting smooth and excellent.

The challengesI had facing a lot of behavior by guest that really need me to settle down the problem facing by guest as soon as possible. This build me on how to make faster and right decision making to satisfied need and want of guest.

The challengespihak pengurusan mengabaikan hak2 Pekerja, kerja tidak setimpal dengan gaji diperolehi, pihak pengurusan menganiaya pekerja dengan perlu membayar ganti rugi xsepatutnya. pembayaran kerja lebih masa tiada, hanya mencari masalah dengan pekerja, tidak membimbing pekerja tetapi memarahi bila melakukan sesuatu kesilapan, selalu memberi tekanan kepada pekerja dengan perkara yang tidak munasabah. pihak pengurusan berat sebelah dalam membuat keputusan.
