    The good things1) Provide good learning process, proper training and guide on the job task. 2) Provide better opportunities for career advancement and successful in the future. 3) Acquire valuable experiences especially in various ground improvement technique.
    The challenges1) Must perform a multi-task job when needed despite outside of the scope. 2) Sometimes the work schedule is very tight and should work relatively long hours to catch up on production. 3) Be able to communicate and cooperate with people from different nationality, races and languages across the worldwide especially Asian region.
