    The good things- Able to gain many experience in this company due to your task is from A to Z. - this company is open minded company which you have any suggestion then share it with management and sometime Management will give support/backup to decision making from staffs. - less office politic
    The challenges- sometime need the staff that can able to be independent to do all the thing without guideline. - due to workload is too many so it is impossible that supervisor or manager teach the thing From A to Z... so need to be staffs which able to handle stress.
