    The good thingsflexible time, working shift, everyday is a learning process for clinical instructor and so does the student nurses, great salary, 7 hours working hour with MYR 170 per day, gain a lot of experience in educational, different way to help others, looking for future nurse, at the same time still helping patients in the ward and last but least, end of each practical, student performances changed effectively.
    The challengesas a part time clinical instructor, human resource need to speed up a little bit as they are handling human needs and human interest. they need to understand more and improve the management of human resource. by improving HR management, the productivity will be increased.
