The clinic provides a wide range of services, including outpatient treatment, emergency care, health screening, occupational health services, minor procedures, and diagnostic tests such as X-rays and lab work, which makes my work experience both varied and meaningful.
The challengesA challenge at work has been that management occasionally forms conclusions without hearing the full story. This sometimes causes misunderstandings and makes it difficult for staff to feel heard. I think management could improve by encouraging open dialogue and actively listening before making decisions.
