    Not respecting pharmacist
    The good thingsacceptable salary. Boss is sweet sometimes.
    The challengesDue to family business, they usually do not give chance for pharmacist to develop. Environment are dominated by senior staff, they wont even listen to pharmacist opinion. Hard to achieve growth for both company and staff side.
