The good thingsSku is adequate. Depends on luck whether will you have good team members. I m lucky enough for had team members that helpful
The challengesManagement and Hq personnel, pls be humble and honest. Don't play dirty trick and back stabbing. The fortune is big enough to share. Learn to recognise & reward, instead of endless demand. AND, there will be alot of "high rank" with cable, accept that you have relatively low chance to promoted, and becareful when you talk , or what you do

The challengesNever believe anything they said without black and white. Read the contracts before you sign. Make sure everything is clearly written in the contract if they promise you anything that is not in the contract. Standby a lawyer . Get ready to face contradicting management, they see pharmacist license as a tool to "expand", EXTREMELY business-oriented, they prioritize customer more than making their employee feel appreciated - leading to people losing motivation to work, quitting/resigning and willing to break contract.
