A nice place to work. The good things- Good salary and benefits.
- Supportive and knowledgeable management.
- Very conducive working environment.
- Lots of facilities nearby (Banks, restaurants, grocery store, etc.)
The challenges- Do not really have a dedicated accounts department. For purchases of items or services, we will have to manage on our own (request for quotation, find suitable suppliers, etc.) This is not necessarily a big issue and it can be considered as an advantage itself since you will be learning on how to do some purchasing tasks, but during peak times (lots of incoming jobs), it can be a bit overwhelming.
