I have over 5 years of experience in managing government-funded projects, supporting Bumiputera entrepreneurs, and working closely with various stakeholders to drive regional and community development. The good thingsWorking at TERAJU Sarawak has given me valuable experience in managing projects, supporting Bumiputera entrepreneurs, and working with various government and private agencies. I learned how to plan and monitor programs, evaluate companies for funding/financing, and prepare important reports and documents.
I also improved my skills in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving through meetings, site visits, and handling multiple tasks. Most importantly, I feel proud to be part of efforts that help local communities and businesses grow.
The challengesAt TERAJU, one of my main challenges was managing multiple programs and stakeholders at the same time. I also had to monitor rural projects with limited resources, assess companies with incomplete financial data, and balance strategic tasks with a lot of administrative work. Despite these challenges, I stayed committed and ensured that all tasks were delivered on time
