This has driven VADS to evolve and to move ahead in order to better support its customers in the new world of information technology.     Good for starter to build career as customer service
    The good thingsGood environment with friend including TL,QA. Easy to mingle around with them. For newbie they will explain and teach you and majority of the coworker is senior which most of them experienced. Its under TM one so you can enjoy TM activities. You learn new product, new customer, how to handle people and rejection. You dont have to bring your work to home for WFO.
    The challengesFor those seeking stable job with decent stress and dealing mutliple paperwork ,this is for you. Those seeking career progression and looking high pay job this place is not for you as here there are no salary increment, better position and benefit. The medical insurance depend with your company contract. Management usually peek and boo and they look on your performance. If you want career progression, better career can try in other company / other position. For WFH, internet connection using your own and few times horrible
