The good thingsGood benefits, staff purchase on a lot of brands. Helpful and nice colleagues.
The challengesVery long working hours. Sometimes work on weekends until midnight. There are times we work past midnight. Emails received at 8pm need to be done ASAP. Good benefits but could not compensate the stress. Pay is low considering the long hours.
