    The good thingsEasy to ask for solution or share your problems with other. Great place for developing self skills and motivation. Opportunity to works with superbly talented foreigner which would share their thoughts anytime. Chance to learn new technology from experienced senior.
    The challengesNo allowances. Parking expenses are not covered. Quite low amount are covered for medical. Should have company event such as sports and recreation, trips or else.
