Hi mohon pandangan sy diploma holder in Acc dh almost 5 years bekerja dlm firm but gji kecik xberbaloi dengan workload, this the sec firm sy kerja. Kebanyakkan kerja yg sy apply mostly utk account/audit firm min qualification untuk audit/account executive mostly min degree above jadi mohon pandangan semua yang berpengalaman dengan qualification dan experienced yang saya ada ni peluang untuk saya diterima ke next level untuk jawatan audit/account executive masih cerah ke dan masih ada market ke ?

Nak tanya memang banyak company ke yang prefer minimum diploma untuk position Account Exec , walaupun saya ada pengalaman 7-8tahun dalam fullset account , salah ke saya demand gaji 3.5k , saya berhenti syarikat lama atas sebab kesihatan syarikat tak boleh terima kerja saya delay sehingga tarikh operation , dan saya resign 2bulan tak kerja , saya cari kerja dan terpaksa downgrade gaji saya dari 3.6k ke 2.8k ats sbb tiada diploma, tapi selepas comfirm tiada apa2 benefit yang saya dapat dari syrkt.

Hi. Ada anyone here yang buat resume review? I sanggup bayar. I dont know kenapa susah sangat i nak dapat walaupun hanya untuk panggilan iv. I dah apply 200 jobs tapi yang dapat setakat ni hanyalah 1 iv. Itu pun now kena ghosting. About 20s rejection emails. I went to Ireland in 2023 ambik ACCA there and Alhamdulillah now dah Affiliate. Tapi tetaplah susah dapat kerja. So i guess my resume yang problem. Anyone can help?

Saya perasan setiap kali tengok iklan kerja bidang finance, ataupun masa interview, ramai calon & staff Chinese. Bukan nak stereotaip, tapi betul ke bidang ni memang ramai Chinese sebab mereka lebih cenderung dalam kira-kira dan pengurusan kewangan? Atau mungkin sebab network dan peluang yang lebih luas? Korang yang kerja dalam bidang finance, apa pendapat korang? Ada sesiapa boleh share perspektif masing-masing? 🤔

I've had 2 interviews - the first one with a manager, 2nd one with HOD. But the 2nd interview was really short because there are other candidates after me. It's been 1 week now. If I got selected, HR is supposed to call me to discuss the salary package. But so far no news. Should I text the manager asking for an update or should I just let fate decide? Because i'm quite tired of facing rejection again.

Apa nak buat ye? Saya dapat tahu budak fresh grad yang baru masuk as finance exec gaji dia LAGI TINGGI dari saya yang dah kerja selama 3 tahun dekat company ni. Budak tu masuk under management trainee programme. Gaji dibayar ikut pointer dia. Pointer dia 3.8 kalau tak silap. Gaji saya RM3.2k je tau! Rasa sangat2 tak adil sekarang ni.
