Hi mohon pandangan sy diploma holder in Acc dh almost 5 years bekerja dlm firm but gji kecik xberbaloi dengan workload, this the sec firm sy kerja. Kebanyakkan kerja yg sy apply mostly utk account/audit firm min qualification untuk audit/account executive mostly min degree above jadi mohon pandangan semua yang berpengalaman dengan qualification dan experienced yang saya ada ni peluang untuk saya diterima ke next level untuk jawatan audit/account executive masih cerah ke dan masih ada market ke ?

Penat eh nak cari kerja lain ni. Dah nak masuk 5 tahun dekat company sekarang but superior baru dapat naik AM terus lupa diri. Dia aniaya nya kita bab salary increment & appraisal. Mana mana company yang cari payroll specialist boleh la inform ya 😭 finding better offer

Nak tanya memang banyak company ke yang prefer minimum diploma untuk position Account Exec , walaupun saya ada pengalaman 7-8tahun dalam fullset account , salah ke saya demand gaji 3.5k , saya berhenti syarikat lama atas sebab kesihatan syarikat tak boleh terima kerja saya delay sehingga tarikh operation , dan saya resign 2bulan tak kerja , saya cari kerja dan terpaksa downgrade gaji saya dari 3.6k ke 2.8k ats sbb tiada diploma, tapi selepas comfirm tiada apa2 benefit yang saya dapat dari syrkt.

I’m thinking of taking ACCA, but the thing is, I don’t have an accounting degree—like zero background in hardcore numbers. 🫠 I’ve heard it’s still possible to pursue ACCA without an accounting degree as long as you meet the minimum requirements. But real talk—how tough is it to catch up without any foundation? Anyone here started ACCA from scratch with no accounting background? Would love to hear if it’s worth the grind and how you managed!

I’ve been working as a finance executive for 9 years in a small company. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable skills and handled a lot of responsibilities, but despite my efforts, there’s been no sign of promotion. I’m torn between staying and waiting for growth or moving to a bigger company where I might have better opportunities. My concern is whether larger companies will value my experience from a smaller setup. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Would love to hear your thoughts!
