I paling tak suka bila candidate tak reti nak reply whatsapp cepat2 bila I mesej tanya pasal availability to call or nak set interview. Selalu pulak tu reply after working hours. You ingat i nak layan? I masa tu dah balik rumah, nak masak, nk settle hal family. Ada jugak yang jenis ambik masa 2-3 hari to reply. You ingat you sorang je ke candidate dlm list i?? I reject terus yang jenis mcm ni. You don't take me serioulsy, I also don't take you seriously! Pls remember this simple courtesy yeah

Harap next time HR janganlah list EPF, SOCSO, and EIS as benefits. Nampak red flag sgt. Pastu time interview tanya, ‘What other benefits do you offer kalau tak boleh bagi salary yang I mintak?’ dia jawab, ‘We give EPF and SOCSO.’ Like bruh… that’s literally wajib, not a benefit.

Hi everyone, I would like to understand how resumes are shortlisted for interviews nowadays. • Do most companies use ATS or AI tools to screen resumes based on keyword matching with the job description? • Are these tools used mainly for filtering/ranking, or do they automatically reject resumes? • How much weight do keywords carry compared to relevant experience and achievements? Appreciate any insights from recruiters, hiring managers, or those involved in the hiring process. Thank you.

hi i need help. i dah submit surat resign semalam with 1 month notice. and im planning to amik AL for first week of feb and last week of january. tapi my boss said a month i boleh amik cuti 0.5 day je sebab AL i 8 days. so prorate 0.5 day a month. so question is tak boleh ke habiskan 8 days AL tu untuk untuk 2 weeks before i berhenti?

My terrible interview experience with a candidate recently: 1- Came in late for his slot. Didn't say sorry. Came empty-handed despite being told to bring certs. Wore just T-shirt & jeans. 2- Ask standard questions: introduce yourself, wdyk about the company, explain your skills etc but mostly answered: I DONT KNOW. 3- A fresh grad but took 8 years to finish his study. Is this a red flag? Lastly, didn't say thank you. Just got up & leave. Sigh. Why are you wasting my time and your time?

Dear Jobstreet I am unemployed for five months ready. Before click apply a job I will go through the description carefully. Basically I am applying for what my resume have but still my application got rejected.could you please upgrade with reason of unlikely so the employer not take granted of the application and simply reject even they know what they want. indirectly it would help the job seekers knowing the reason and focus on that part for upgrading.
