Dear Connections, I have 5.5 yrs of experience in Regulatory Submissions in GSK Healthcare, Merck, Freyr – India. My husband works in Singapore, and I've been job hunting in SG for about 1.5 yr now. Despite applying through LinkedIn,JobStreet, I’ve encountered repeated challenges due to work visa or quota limitations.I'm exploring ways to upskill or better position myself. My terrible interview experience with a candidate recently: 1- Came in late for his slot. Didn't say sorry. Came empty-handed despite being told to bring certs. Wore just T-shirt & jeans. 2- Ask standard questions: introduce yourself, wdyk about the company, explain your skills etc but mostly answered: I DONT KNOW. 3- A fresh grad but took 8 years to finish his study. Is this a red flag? Lastly, didn't say thank you. Just got up & leave. Sigh. Why are you wasting my time and your time?

Saje nak meluahkan. Baru baru ni aku dpt iv kt satu company ni. Being shortlisted for first stage and second stage iv dengan CFO dia, CFO dia mentioned salary only can increase up to 15% (below my expectation as i expect 20-30%) tp aku ok jela layan. Then mmg dia kata confirm dpt n offer letter will be issued around 3 weeks later. 3 weeks later their HR called n bgtau pasal hiring decision from the management.

macam ii aku dh cuba apply bukan aku minta jawatan tinggi and demand gaji pon aku applied utk jadi operator pengeluaran dan qc je gaji pon aku x demand ya allah susahnya aku nk dpt kerja kenapa ya? dgn nk bayar komitmen lagi😔 pergi interview pon dpt ayat tergantung x tahu dapat ke x tau ii dh sebulan berlalu😔 mcm ii aku apps dh aku cuba JobStreet,LinkedIn,mau kerja,fb,indeed la x de pon x minta banyak aku nk operator pengeluaran je area negeri sembilan aku ade transport. nama aku syafika

live non stop for 24 hrs. top management decide it as event. Jam kiraan kerja event - the whole day Mon - Fri (RM50) Saturday (RM 100) 25 April ( 6 pm - 12 am) RM50 26 April (12 am - 9 am) Half day - RM 50 Nak tanya sesiapa yg HR valid ke pengiraan yg mcm ni di dalam company? Kenapa tak dikira “overtime” per hour? Kenapa dikira “overtime allowance” per day? Bayaran nya tak dikira per hour dalam 1.5 ia dikira satu hari RM50 kalau Weekend RM100

Rasa nak marah harini, dapat panggil interview minggu lepas suruh datang harini, kita jawab sure boleh datang iv tak ada masalah, tiba tiba semalam text lagi tanya still available ke nak datang. Kita pelik selalu jarang dia nak tnya mcm tu, selalu bagi reminder je, harini kita dtg. Dia sidai sejam.lepas sejam masuk pic yg nak iv katanya position kita apply tu dah tak ada.Yg ada lower level je. Apa ni.. HR company lain tolong la jangan bazirkan masa org macam ni. Kita apply cuti nak iv. 😔

Hi semua, saya nak tanya sedikit pasal employee so saya perlukan HR team punya pandangan saya ade satu pekerja dia under MC Selama 2 minggu tapi masa dia MC crew tu pegi wayang, kenduri, dgn concert apa semua. and hari MC dia habis tapi dia bagi lagi mc kata extend 3 hari untuk next temujanji. kata patah tanggan tapi tak balut or pakai yang penahan ke apa ke semua takde. and saya ade bukti2 dia pegi concertand wayang apa semua apa boleh buat . and MC ni dari goverment hospital
