Harap next time HR janganlah list EPF, SOCSO, and EIS as benefits. Nampak red flag sgt. Pastu time interview tanya, ‘What other benefits do you offer kalau tak boleh bagi salary yang I mintak?’ dia jawab, ‘We give EPF and SOCSO.’ Like bruh… that’s literally wajib, not a benefit.

I paling tak suka bila candidate tak reti nak reply whatsapp cepat2 bila I mesej tanya pasal availability to call or nak set interview. Selalu pulak tu reply after working hours. You ingat i nak layan? I masa tu dah balik rumah, nak masak, nk settle hal family. Ada jugak yang jenis ambik masa 2-3 hari to reply. You ingat you sorang je ke candidate dlm list i?? I reject terus yang jenis mcm ni. You don't take me serioulsy, I also don't take you seriously! Pls remember this simple courtesy yeah

Went to interview dkt this well known company ni. Then after interview i mntk update on interview status. Yes, i tau kalau HR dh ghost tu paham2 sendiri , but i just want them bg firm answer. Every weeks i text that HR ask for update and last week she replied “hi will update you shortly” hahh nmpk mcm ada sinarkan . 3 days later , nmpk notification that company post back the exactly position yg i pergi interview. Haihhhh fine lah candidates ramai. Mesti dia tak ingat aku yg text every week ni.

Company i tak bayar gaji Maternity Leave uall. Reason sbb i pregnant kandungan dah 2 minggu lepas seminggu masuk kerja and katanya tak cukup 90days kerja. Padahal I pregnant and khidmat kerja dah 8 bulan. Berhuhu je la. Laki i makan meggi 3 bulan nak save untuk keperluan anak 😭😂 btw dah report JTK tunggu nasib je lah…hr yg suruh g jtk untuk confirm sebab dia yakin siap tunjuk website jtk yg i salah. Tapi betul lah yg dia tunjuk tu. Tapi hr kata i salah hahaha

How many times are we allowed to email HR, asking for update of our application? Immediately after the IV ended, I sent out a thank you email. Then 1 week after, I sent another follow-up email asking for updates. Both emails HR didn't reply. Now it's been 3 weeks since the IV. Can I send one last email to ask if I get selected for the next round? Or should I just accept that I didn't pass the IV?
