hi i need help. i dah submit surat resign semalam with 1 month notice. and im planning to amik AL for first week of feb and last week of january. tapi my boss said a month i boleh amik cuti 0.5 day je sebab AL i 8 days. so prorate 0.5 day a month. so question is tak boleh ke habiskan 8 days AL tu untuk untuk 2 weeks before i berhenti?

Immediate/urgent hiring..bila dah panggil iv. Interviewer kata 'saya puas hati dengan awak' , 'kalau tak ambil awak bekerja rugi company kami' dan banyak lagi la harapan yang diberikan. Kitanya pun berharap lah. Expected salary dalam range. Kadang tu terpaksa downgrade gaji. Hujung2 bila follow up. 'Anda tidak terpilih bla bla'. Kenapa boleh macam tu ye? Apa yang kalian mahukan sebenarnya. Kita pergi iv pakai 'daun' tau. Mungkin ada sebab la tu ek company tu tak pilih kita 😆

Hi HR/Recruiters, may I ask whether cover letters (CLs) are actually reviewed? if so, is this done before/after resume pass the ATS? If a resume doesn't pass, is the application automatically rejected, and does that make attaching a CL necessary? As a job seeker, personally I put a lot of effort into tailoring my resume and reviewing my CL, even when using AI tools. Being ghosted/rejected after that effort can be discouraging, so I'm genuinely curious how this part is viewed from your side.
