Ghosting is real. I have done send follow up email two times and finally it get away silent. I am shocked because it should be replied with friendly message said you have been disqualified for this job. That's it. How's yours?

Kepada HR di luar sana if ada vacancy yang match dengan saya punya profile , tolong lah email dkt saya . Saya dah almost 3 years kerja personel MySTEP , erm saya nak permanent job untuk build my career.Semoga ada rezeki saya dan orang yang struggle cari kerja dkt luar sana AMIIN.

Tumpang tanya ada tak kerja kosong yang available sekarang sebab dah banyak apply dalam jobstreet & others platform kerja kosong but still sampai harini tak dapat hm, hidup dengan modal grabfood taktahula sampai bila, pengalaman kerja pun 1 tahun 3 bulan baru itu pun termasuk 6 bulan internship dulu kalau siapa ii ada tahu kerja kosong yang gaji okay & environment okayy bagitau ya

I just would like to know about hiring time within job posting being held or ongoing but it seems to be waiting for a long time. I sent two times follow-up emails and still hoping for the reply from HR. What is going on here now? Just curious.

How many times are we allowed to email HR, asking for update of our application? Immediately after the IV ended, I sent out a thank you email. Then 1 week after, I sent another follow-up email asking for updates. Both emails HR didn't reply. Now it's been 3 weeks since the IV. Can I send one last email to ask if I get selected for the next round? Or should I just accept that I didn't pass the IV?

Why do the HR 'ghosting' the interview candidates after the interview? Is it difficult to share the candidate the outcome of the interview? I attended many interviews, but none of the HR staffs give any kind of feedback. Is this really professional?
