Got fired on my 1st day of job. Is this legal or can I fight for at least 1 month salary? Hello! I'm a fresh grad and just got hired last week. Unfortunately, due to some misunderstanding, my boss terminated me after working hour at 8PM. He sent a text saying that I'm not required to come to office tomorrow because I'm not the right person & they wish to proceed with another candidate. I tried to contact HR but to no avail. So I'm a bit confused. Am I being bullied or they can actually do this?

Rejection after rejection. I dah GIVE UP cari kerja!! Beratus-ratus applications. Dah try macam2 tapi tetap takde rezeki. Kenapa susah sangat nak dapat kerja ha? kenapa orang lain senang je?? Dkt mana silap i? Resume i yang bermasalah ke? Satu interview pun tak dapat. I dah nekad taknak dah apply kerja dlm bidang yg i study or kerja office. I nak join as crew F&B or kerja retail. Walaupun kerja tak glamour tapi at least company tak memilih tengok pointer & resume sebelum diterima bekerja kan?

Hi. I nak tanya… valid ke utk company tu extend probation period just because we ask a lot of questions? And, is it a healthy circle bila kita need to work independently walhal bekerja in group. Like we are not allow to ask questions until betul betul dah mati akal. The problem is, need to handle the ticket and have the SLA. Mestilah nak kejar masa. Someone please enlighten me 🥺

saya ada soalan, kalau company tu tulis 1-3 working experience beza ke dgn 1-3 experience? sebab sy freshgrads so bila nak apply tgk requirements tu takut company cari yg higher level bkn entry level. kalau nak ckp experience tu, time sy belajar pon experience dlm bidang tu cuma working experience takdela sbb baru lagi. so macam mana?

Unemployed 4 months. Applied everywhere. 10 yrs exp as senior dev - open source, backend, cost-saving. When Specify my skills? Comapny say “Overqualified.” Hide My skills? Comapny say “Underqualified.” Perfect match? Comapny say “Fresh grads only.” Low pay, insane expectations, fake jobs. Feels like companies just fishing resumes. Anyone else facing this nonsense? Or just me?
