Nasihat untuk kita semua dalam menghadapi krisis dunia. PLEASE. JANGAN. RESIGN! Percayalah, someone out there is dying to be in your place. There are people yang dah kena retrench and persaingan sangat sengit sekarang. Nak cari kerja susah beb. Bukan kata you takde pengalaman, tapi you pun bukan rare. Ramai lagi mcm you kat luar sana. Cuba berdamai dengan takdir. Kalau kerja tu susah, stress, cuba kawal emosi dan ego kita. Tugas kita cuma pergi kerja, balik dan dapat gaji. It's ENOUGH.

i have an honest concerns. i was an architecture graduate dari university abroad. dan belerja sebagai sales designer for the past 6 years, gaji i agak memuaskan. tapi sekarang i di fasa agak stuck. i love doing sales,and in the interior design field, im rlly passionate. cuma demand ni dalam market sekarang masih relevant atau tidak? im thinking to upgrade myself for my future, tapi taktahu nak upgrade macam mana. any thought, anyone?

i rasa i dah prepare the best for my iv today. but still i rasa not good enough when i can not answer the recruiter question which beyond the job scope position. im pregnant 9 months, and still struggling to attend the iv, and it been so hard for me to find new job in this current time. sedih sangat plus they even mocked me for not being prepared for the iv. i feels hopeless. the iv took almost 4 hours plus with the assesment given. i drain myself. i fail ke?

Nak tnya dalam ni ada tak mcm sya…skrg saya keja dah ok…..gaji dah ok cuma jauh dri train sbb sya stay bukit kayu hitam keja kt simpang ampat penang….keja company skrg memang ok…dah try mnta keja area perai sbb dekat dgn train tpi ssah nk dpt sbb sya just mnta keja pkai spm dan pengalaman ja speaking tk pndai tpi bleh ja reply email dan whatapps in english…skrg starting gaji sya level officer ja…mngkin blm rezeki atau blm ckup pengalaman dlm bidang kastam import eksport kot bru 4 thun pngalman

saya dah kerja hampir 7 tahun dengan sebuah company . tapi sekarang saya rasa nak resign.. disebabkan kerja terlalu berat .. terpaksa mengangkat barang yang berat seperti peti ais dan lain².. angkat barang saya tk kisah .. yang saya kisah kenapa bos saya dan sediakan lift untuk naik barang seberat itu .. kami terpaksa berkumpul bawak naik barang melalui manual mengunakan tangan .. adakah ini satu siksaan pekerjaan 😂 boleh bg pendapat ?

33, jobless & broke. Bujang, takde harta, takde kereta dan masih tinggal dgn parents. Baru kena layoff 2 months ago, dalam bank account cuma tinggal RM3000 utk survive kehidupan harian. Dah penat cari kerja sana sini tapi mungkin sbb akhir tahun atau faktor umur, interview susah sangat nak dapat. Kawan2 semua dah kahwin, ada anak, duduk rumah sendiri, kerja bagus, pangkat tinggi while me still struggling with my life padahal dah masuk usia 30-an. Aku belum gagal kan? 😞

The shortcut to my role came from a weird trick I tried: I added a mini case study in my resume. One section. Just 3 lines. I explained the problem, what I did & the results. Then during interviews, I brought up the same story and explained deeper. It made me look consistent, prepared, and reliable. Simple, but it changed everything! From several interviews, I got hired by 3 companies. All said the case study proved I’m a team player and a real asset. 😊 Have you tried adding a case study?

Nak cerita sikit, tak tahu nk gelak ke nak nangis.. Aku ade apply satu vacancy ni dekat satu company ni tau. So okay la dpt satu mesej ckp nk interview tp nk information sekian2 la. Dia pon send la dekat aku list tu fill in yg berapa expect salary, reason of leaving previous company, when can start etc la. So aku nk state expect salary tu aku nk tahu la range salary for position tu berapa. So aku pon tanya la “May i know the salary range for this position?”.
