Saya sorang je ke yg tengah struggle mcm ni?? Dh ada 6 tahun pengalaman bekerja & 3 kali tukar company tapi sekarang SANGAT2 SUSAH nak dpt kerja baru. Dulu skills yg saya ada match dgn jobscope yg diberi. But now jobscope utk kerja saya (marketing) dh BANYAK berubah. Kena pandai copywriting, edit video, buat content, run ads & macam2 lagi yg biasanya memerlukan 1-2 org berbeza utk buat benda2 ni. Sadly, gaji yg ditawarkan is still below RM5k. Kerja byk, gaji sikit. Why majikan buat mcm ni ya?

Who says jumping jobs is bad for your resume? 😏 Anyone who says that definitely don't want to see you fly high! I changed 3 companies in a year and my salary went from RM3.5k to RM5.8k. NONE of the company that I interviewed asked "why do you wanna quit your last job" because they need my skills & expertise + they know I was underpaid. Whatever price I name, they're willing to comply. My tips? Simple!! Have confidence in yourself & ALWAYS on the lookout for new opportunity. Never settle!

Salam everyone! I know my question is going to be a bit sensitive but I'm so curious! For those yang selalu tukar kerja, boleh share tak berapa banyak gaji korang naik every time korang tukar company? Kalau rasa segan nak share numbers, bagi percentage pun okay! Doesn't matter you tukar kerja from big or small companies, I just nak tahu whether the increment that you get worth it tak dengan kerja yang you kena buat? Dari segi workload, work-life balance, job satisfaction etc. Thanks in advance!

Haritu ada fresh grad datang interview dkt company i. Her IV was OK, she carried herself well. Nampak boleh buat kerja BUT PLOT TWIST dia ialah, her expected salary is RM3,000 guys!! Honestly, I was SO SHOCKED! Her working experience ada dua je. 1 as intern for 3 months, and another is kerja dkt company pak cik dia for 6 months. Apa pendapat korang? Dia layak ke nak mintak banyak tu?? FYI, our iklan stated salary is between RM2.5k-RM3k bagi yg ada pengalaman 1-2years.

Serious talk! Korang yang gaji RM5k ke atas tapi umur baru nk masuk 30-an ni korang kerja apa sebenarnya ek? Kadang2 aku nampak org share NGL dkt twitter gaji sampai belas2 ribu pun ada tapi muda lagi. Ke korang ni menipu je sebenarnya? Aku umur dah cecah 34 pun gaji baru RM4.5k..level senior exec je, jauh lagi nak sampai level manager. Nak berangan gaji sampai RM7-8k tu agaknya lagi 10 tahun baru dapat kot. Ke sebab bidang aku marketing gaji lambat naik? Share sikit pengalaman korang.

Saya tengah aktif apply kerja & plan nak tender bila dh dpt offer. Currently i've 2 upcoming interviews + 1 tunggu result. Haritu, hiring manager tanya saya soalan yg sy tak expect. "Why r you leaving your current company?". Honestly, saya blank. Tak tahu nak jujur atau tipu. Jujur: nak gaji tinggi & kerja sekarang susah. Environment kerja tak best. Tapi end up sy tipu, sy ckp sbb nak challenge myself. Boring answer. Kalau next IV ditanya lagi, apa jawapan SELAMAT utk sy beri? Mohon advice. TQ

Last year, i tersedak time interview bila budak fresh grad mintak gaji sampai RM6,000! Wonder what's in their mind sampai berani mintak that high. Before you name your price, at least do some research lah. What's the company background, market rate and pls ensure that you've the highly valuable skills to justify your expected salary. I tak marah kalau your resume sangat bagus + you really prove that you deserve it. Tapi, during IV your answers pun biasa2 je. How come you confident sgt eh?

Nak tanya la. Boleh ke bos kita tukar AL jadi unpaid leave? Contohnya, setahun saya ada 15 AL. saya ambil cuti raya 3 hari guna AL. Tapi bos saya cakap sebulan boleh ambil 1.5 days je lebih dari tu dikira unpaid leave. So dia tak tolak lebihan cuti tu dari AL. Semua dikira unpaid leave….

Salam everyone, alhamdulillah selepas berbulan2 apply kerja baru, akhirnya awal tahun baru saya dapat 2 offer kerja! Tapi saya sedikit dilema. Harap dpt bantu sy buat pilihan. Job A: RM6.5k + no parking, far from LRT. No dental/optic. Insurance only covers me. Outpatient RM1k, RM30k hospitalization. AL 18days Job B: RM5.3k + walkable distance from LRT, insurance 1 family, dental/optic, AL 22days. Kedua2 tempat kerja agak jauh dari rumah. Commute time 1hr+- Sy ok utk drive. Which 1 is better?
