Kenapa menjadi norma untuk syarikat tanya atau minta pada calon payslip/gaji semasa? Alasan nak guna as reference is not logic, yall just need an excuse to lowball. Paling random, asking me for my height and weight. Sorry, last time I checked, I did not apply to be a stewardess or model

Can I lie about getting another job offer that doesn't exist just to get a higher salary? I recently got a job offer that’s about 10% more than my current pay. It’s a good opportunity, but honestly I was hoping for at least 20% increment because I've been underpaid for so long. But during interview the manager was super firm about the salary like it's non-negotiable. Now I’m wondering... if I lie, can their HR know? Will HR ask for proof of the other offer? What happens if they found out?

Saya sekarang kena silent treatment dengan team sendiri. Semua bermula bila saya suggest cara baru nak improve workflow, tapi boss kata saya cabar authority dia. Lepas tu dia makin kurangkan kerja saya, cakap saya tak reti buat kerja, suruh tengok orang lain dulu. Sekarang team pun jauhkan diri sebab takut boss. HR pun diam je. Saya rasa boss memang tak suka saya. Apa patut saya buat utk ambil hati boss semula? Takkan nak berhenti kerja sebab ni je. Sayanglah sebab nk dpt keje susah😢

Saya bergaji RM6.5k sebulan tapi jujur cakap, mental health saya agak teruk. Berpunca dari boss yang toxic dan environment kerja yang tak supportive. Saya bercadang utk berhenti dan cari kerja baru yang kurang busy + ada work-life balance walaupun gaji kena potong. Ada yang pernah buat mcm ni? Korang menyesal ke tak dengan keputusan berhenti?

First masuk company ni as a wh assistant supervisor, then after 1 year naik jadi supervisor. Gaji tak macam aku expect, tapi aku stay sebab minat job ni. After 2 years, kerja aku dah macam senior S. Tk kisah keje banyak. Tapi jgn la kacau break time. Lapar oi. Bila time appraisal 11 KPI, aku pass 10, tapi below expectation increment tak dpt. Other reason. Kemon la 10 bende baik 1 mistake je yg nmpk. Aku terpikir tmpt apa aku stay ni. Harap je company MNC. Now still stay dah 3y. Patut ke resign?

Saya dalam tempoh notis 2 bulan & dapat offer letter gaji lebih RM520 drpd skrg. Jarak pulak lebih kurang 40 minit dari rumah kalau baik motor. Tapi dalam tempoh probation 3-6 bulan tidak dibayar epf & perlu bekerja sehingga hari sabtu serta kadang perlu ot. berbaloi ke? boleh ke sign offer letter & kalau kedepan ada dpt better offer cakap tolak dekat comp ni?

Nowadays whenever I see people looking for jobs, they all want WFH/hybrid, near public transport, 9am-6pm and working mondays to fridays only. Why you all taknak masuk office? And why you don't want to work overtime/weekends? As someone who is asking for jobs, shouldn't you be more flexible?

Aku ada masalah dengan company sikit dia tahan gaji aku, dan suruh settle sampai laptop dikembalikan(laptop customers) baru dia bayar gaji, laptop tersebut aku repair tempat lain. Masalahnya dalam akta undang ii tk boleh majikan buat mcm (tahan gaji) tu walaupun laptop tu belum return. Boleh bagi pencerahan?

8 april 2026 ni genap 4 tahun saya kerja di company skg. Bolehkah tukar status dari Full Time to Part time? Umur 28 y/o. Reason, sebab saya mau atur lebih masa untuk (side hustle-bisnes sendiri). Lagi pun makin penat dan pernah burnout sebab multitasking sangat. Payroll sy buat, side hr punya kerja, ad-hoc tu payah ckp lah sy bt ja, atur permit, e-invoice, stock order/aging, pi, cn, statements and checker. Tapi gaji 2.2k(gross) berbaloi ka? currently doin 4in1 role.
