Sometimes the hardest part of work isn’t the tasks, but dealing with teammates who don’t seem as competent as me. Have you ever felt this way? I admit it always gets on my nerves when I have to clean up after others or when deadlines drag because of repeated mistakes. What frustrates me more is that my boss don't seem to notice. I keep wondering if I should tell her or just let it slide and focus on doing my best without letting their performance affect my mindset. Which 1 would you do?

Male 26, Married with first born incoming. Kena Lay Off 4 months ago. Dah hantar lebih 100+ permohonan, 2 interview dan kena ghost macam biasa. Struggle dengan tanggungjawab menanti, mmg duit bukan segalanya, tapi tanpa punca pendapatan, mmg bernafas atas air. Ujian kali ni agak berat, penat bahu memikul. PJJ dengan isteri mengandung sebab tak mampu utk sewa rumah bersama, masing2 duduk rumah keluarga utk elak beban terhadap mertua. Yakin, Percaya dan Usaha, Rezeki Allah mesti datang.

I work in a lawfirm. 2 lawyers & the only clerk for 20 yrs & still counting since college & now married with 3 children. In 20 yrs, i told my intention to resign 3 times by verbal & letters. The lawyers took note, they increased my salary a little (its at RM2000 to date) and/or ask of me to look for a replacement. What should I do? I am 41 this year. Can they as lawyers themselves hold me like this? I have MDD bcos of the work & them. All she said is think possitive and i dont look depress.

Lepas aku mula bersuara dalam tempat kerja tu… aku nampak jelas perubahan. Bukan tiba-tiba. Slow… halus… tapi terasa. Orang yang dulu boleh ketawa normal dengan aku, tiba-tiba jadi lain. Cara mereka bercakap, cara mereka pandang, cara mereka respond… semua berubah. Seolah-olah status aku bukan lagi sebagai pekerja sama level. Aku tulis ini bukan untuk memalukan sesiapa. Aku bukan mahu tumbangkan siapa-siapa. Tapi aku mahu suara aku jadi saksi untuk orang-orang yang pernah diam walaupun hati mereka sakit. Aku kerja dalam bidang F&B. Kerja macam biasa, cari rezeki halal, dan aku datang dengan niat baik — bukan untuk cari masalah, bukan untuk bersaing siapa kuat siapa berkuasa. Tapi makin lama, aku sendiri sedar… dalam sesetengah tempat kerja, yang buat kita hampir patah bukan workload. Tapi manusia dalam tempat tu sendiri. Semua bermula bila aku fight satu perkara yang bagi aku sangat basic: hak aku. Gaji aku pernah kena deduction hanya sebab aku lupa thumbprint. Padahal benda tu boleh check CCTV.

Culture shock ialah bila you dari company SME medium-size, and everyone at the office is pretty kepochi but friendly and then you got into a big GLC, thinking people will be better but actually semua orang buat hal masing2, cold & only friendly bila nak pertolongan you je. Honestly, I miss my old company. Even tak kenal pun still tegur & always smiling. "Good morning, dah makan ke?" Now? Jangan harap lah. Unless it's about work, ppl don't randomly talk to you. Sedih kan? Reality check for me 🥲
