I tender an official resignation letter on 20th March, last day would be on 19th April. Well, its the raya season and AL approved for 24/3-30/3. My manager has remind me to come back (I understand & I am aware on all pending task) I reporting to work on 31/3 but received a msg from HQ that I dont need to come in anymore while I was actively carrying out my duties. I am SPEECHLESS. I never been formally inform anything on my employment status and termination. WHAT RIGHTS DO I HAVE AS AN EMPLOYEE?

Saya ada kerja dekat 1 company ice cream ni. Dia tak bagi offer letter, sebelum or selepas sehari or dua hari bekerja pun. Bila I tanya HR dia balik, dia tak reply i almost 1 minggu. Bila tanya manager, dia jawab "after 2 weeks baru company akan bagi offer letter sebab selalunya staff kerja sekejap je lepastu MIA" and I speechless. Lepastu company ni suka kerah tenaga staff foreigners and tak bayar lebih pun. Dorang macam buat kerja free. Hantar sini sana tanpa bayar, staff kerja tanpa off day.

macam mana ehhh nak deal dgn manager/superior yg terlalu over micro manage , diorang 24/7 kerja and heret kitaorang follow diorang , i mean not like 24/7 laaa , but sampai restday or AL pun kena kacau…hurmmm……

I formally tender from a company that offers good package of benefits like medical and interest subsidy. But here’s the reasons why. - No growth - Micromanage and toxic bosses - Boss suka attack personal matter - No work life balance if you’re not boss’ favourite - A fresh grad with senior officer position handle 3 positions’ workload - Applying leave feels like committing a crime And finally alhamdulillah, got the chance to keluar from that place with backup plan 🤲🏻

Saya da kerja 5tahun dekat company sekarang nie. Sekarang saya tengah cari kerja baru sebab nak cari pengalaman, gaji yang lebih baik, masa kerja yang lebih baik. Saya penat laa kerja 8-6pm dan selalu stayback. Saya nak kerja 8-5 or 8-5.30.Saya perlukan rehat dan work life balance. Saya demand gaji 6.5k. Gaji tempat sekarang still 5k atas plus bonus tahun lepas sy dapat 4bulan. Tapi bonus tu based on KPI. Company aku kalau xstayback kene tanya wey.

Boleh nak tanya? Normal ka kalau student intern tiada task/kerja yang nak dibuat? Sebab satu kerja dah habis buat waktu pagi, bila petang memang takdak kerja. Bila bukak word, nak buat report kena tegur dengan senior. Sebelum ni kalau dah habis kerja memang bukak kerja-kerja lama lepastu ulang balik buat (ulangkaji). Tapi dah ulang sampai nak dekat 3 kali mana tak muak. Jadi kita bukak word buat report tapi kena tegoq pulak. Salah ka ?

Nak luah sikit . Roaster asyik kena kacau . Ot asyik kena kacau . Elok2 shift 9-6 dia buat 10-7 . Dulu dapat cuti dua hari . Skrg sehari pastu nak cut ot lagi bagi cuti 2 hari tapi buat shift yang takda ot . Rasa nk mengamuk pun ada . Tapi kuli kan ? Title je gempak gaji jangan cakap lah . Barista lagi sedap .

Dah tiga tahun kerja current company. Aku tak pernah ada masalah MC.. Setahun mmg ambil 2-3 shj, mmg jenis workaholic. Tapi tiba2 company sidai saya bawah PIP. Dengan crisis sekarang mmg meaner nak cari kerja. Saya Ada 15 thn exp bawah Customer Service /Support /SME. Dugaan betul.
