- FNB - Saje nak share pengalaman tengah jalani sekarang. Satu syarikat yang boleh dikatakan besar dan dikenali kerana di setiap negeri mesti ada kedai dia. Cuma depa baru bukak new brand which is i kena jaga. My point here is,what do you think a restaurant without seorang manager? All the thing they want "Captain" yang handle. Awalnya i okey but lama kelamaan i burn out. 10month no manager and short staff. I decide to resign bcs i think i need to care of my mental health for a moment

I bekerja di 1 company FNB everything was fine . Until this month all the leaders make a story yg ckp i nak berhenti , padahal i nvr say anything . Since then i terus send notice kpd HR . Bukan itu sahaja saya mendapat surat amaran disebabkan alasan x valid while pekerja lain lambat pun saya x pernah nampak mereka diberi surat amaran , siap paksa sign . Now i tgh menghitung hari nk berhenti , bayangkan lah sy seperti disisihkan while semua dh dpt jobscope baharu . Hope dapatlah jumpa cmpny elok

Stress bila boss tak membantu, supervisor tak boleh diharap kan. Saya laa engineer, saya supervisor, saya la jaga safety, saya laa buat documentation,planner. Gaji tak besar mana pun. Dh buat bermacam keje, org still mengata tak buat keje, tak pandai buat keje. Sbb nye meeting tak masuk, tak capai expectations. Mcm mana nak buat semua tu, kalau semua keje buat sendiri. Jd demotivated. Bnyk kali dh pikir nk resign. Tp pikir balik mcm commitment ada so kena hadap juga. Isteri pun kesian. Hm

Kadang-kadang bila kita terlalu lama bertahan, kita lupa nak tanya diri sendiri , masih bahagia ke? Lepas 12 tahun kerja, aku tak sangka satu ayat daripada new leader boleh buat aku betul-betul rasa… eh, aku ni siapa kat tempat kerja ni sekarang? "Don’t involve her in every task." That hit different. Sebab selama ni, aku bukan jenis ambil hati. As long as kerja siap, I don’t care what people say. Tapi kali ni lain. Semangat terus down. Slowly, aku rasa macam... aku pun dah tak kisah.

Hanya luahan semata-mata... Aku menyesal sangat-sangat keluar satu company ni seba dia company global yang baru masuk Malaysia, aku tak tahu masa tu, then nak jadi cerita sebelum tu aku kerja as maintenance technician untuk telco, contract dh nak habis jadi PM suruh ready cari keje lain, 6bulan jugak mencari akhirnya dapat satu company A ni,mmg best kerja situ, banyak apply tapi tak dapat langsung even interview pon tak lepas, jadi ni company ke-2 yg iv saya, and saya dapat kerja tu- part 2 bwh

Hi, saja nak luah dekat sini, i rasa my bos (a wife) selalu jealous if i dekat sikit dengan her husband which my supervisor. she always cakap kena professional at workplace but dia yang tak professional. sekarang ni i rasa sumpah tak best pegi keja sebab macam ni. i pernah terkena her tengkingsss sebab call her to ask something and i mention her husband name kira ask from his behalf je pon, then she said “kenapa kamu yang call?!! kenapa dia tak call sendiri??!” srs i terkejut.
