Aku fresh grad (degree) menetap di johor. joining railway company as assistant engineer. dibayar basic RM2500 + RM800 allowance. Total bersih dapat hujung bulan RM2900. Komitmen skrg bilik sewa RM450, Kereta RM600, Topup RM50, Installment shopee RM150, Mak (wajib) RM100, Saving kawin RM500, Minyak motor kete RM300, Emergency saving RM200. Hujung2 tinggal RM550. Macam mana aku nak teruskan hidup? aku dah mati akal, sbb terima company ni as the first aku dapat offer letter. Anyone has opinion?

sebenarnya saya tengah nak cari kerja lain dengan gaji yang lebih tinggi dari sekarang. kalau saya stay sini, saya tak dapat nak berkembang. dalam masa yang sama, saya tengah sambung belajar degree pendidikan dan akan tamat pada tahun 2029. perlu ke saya stay atau lompat kerja sebelum habis study ? ada ke company nak ambil untuk kes macam ni?

I decided to resign without secure another job yet because my job right now i rarely have a break time , i have to qada' my solat at home because no one can cover my work when i want to go solat. Fyi, ya it's fnb industry. Or i just being a dramatic person ?

I sengaja letak gaji tinggi dengan harapan company yg i pergi interview haritu will back off and offer the job to someone else, but turns out they really2 want me and agreed to give me my expected salary which is 2.5x higher than my current one! But prob is, i don't want that job 😖 Macam mana I nak reject ni korang? I rasa bersalah sangat2 sebab I macam tak sengaja bagi harapan palsu dkt diorang sampai diorang rasa excited & tak sabar nak suruh i join ASAP. Aduh pening kepala mak! Tolong plss

Siapa sangka sakit perut setiap pagi sebenarnya tanda body tengah tahan stress melampau! 😩 Sebelum ni aku happy je pergi kerja. Tak pernah ada isu. Tapi sejak boss bertukar, semuanya berubah. Dia suka micromanage sampai aku terpaksa stay back utk siapkan kerja2 yang tak perlu revise pun. Pagi2 perut aku sakit, hati berdebar2 sblum sampai tempat kerja. Aku nak berhenti, tapi mak aku kata sabar dulu. Body aku ni nak pakai lama. Patut ke aku lawan je cakap mak & resign? Ni 1st job aku btw.

Daripada membazir duit buat team building, belanja lunch, bagi lucky draw, buat event2 mengarut utk staff, baik lah management guna duit tu untuk naikkan gaji kitorang. Aku ni tak perlu team building tido hotel pun takpe sebab everyday aku dah bonding dgn teammates dekat tempat kerja. Money is the ultimate motivation. Kalau gaji tinggi, 100 kali fikir bila nak berhenti. Kita pun semangat kerja. Gaji rendah? 5 kali fikir, terus decide better cari kerja baru. Sebab tak padan penat dengan gaji tu.

Is NielsenIQ (NIQ) a good company to work for this year? With all the world issues going on this year, I’m worried that if I land a new role, I’m at the risk of getting laid off during my probation period. Should I take the risk and leave my current permanent role or should I put the job search on hold first? Back to my first question, just wondering if NIQ is risky since I’m going through their interviews at the moment. I’m from Malaysia btw.

I baru kerja dekat 1 company ni, awal2 masuk I da dapat cerita buruk pasal company dari kawan sekerja I. most of them bole nasihat I "kalau bole cari la kerja dekat tempat lain sebab sini sistem kerja tak bagus. Padahal diorang keje situ dah lama lebih dari 3 tahun ke atas. Sometime pikiran I rasa nak benti padahal baru je keje 2 bulan.

Is it a good idea to resign now, or should I wait until 2026? Honestly, I’m so tired! Been with this company since January and it has been a disaster from DAY ONE. Toxic culture, messy management, zero support from my team -- just to name a few probs. Part of me wants to walk away now so I can start the new year with a fresh mind, a new environment, and no more emotional burden from this place. But another part of me wonders if I should tahan a bit longer. I really REALLY wanna quit. Should I?

3 tahun I cari kerja dekat Singapore. This year I berpeluang dapat gaji tinggi, ada tempat tinggal Dan job scope yang tak teruk. I happy sangat Dan bersyukur sangat dengan rezeki Allah bagi I. Tapi semua hilang dengan begitu saja selepas dua bulan bekerja. Colleague I orang Malaysia juga asal dari Penang. I pula asal Perlis . Selepas dia buka cerita dulu yang dia depress sebab kematian suami, dia quit kkm and apply kerja Singapore. Dia masih ada depression tapi kuat untuk anak-anak.
