i 24, i baru habis interview tadi and the recruiters said that my resume looks like 'main-main' sebab ada 3 jobs yang i cuma keje 6-8 bulan sahaja. and ada satu lagi company i keje 2 tahun. recruiters said keje yang 6-8 bulan tu memain je, i rasa terhina sangat. i cari makan tau. bukan mengemis 😭 why would a recruiter say like that? i habis diploma at 20, pastu keje kejap, then kawen, 23 i sambung degree balik. dia expect i nak kena ada 10 years of working experience ke?

Interview outfit tips 🧵— Picking the right fit can be stressful, but here’s what worked for me. First, always check the company culture. Corporate? Go formal. Startup? Smart casual works. If unsure, business casual is the safest bet. Fit & comfort matter—nothing too tight or baggy. Stick to neutral colors like black, navy, or white. Shoes? Clean & professional. And please, don’t overdo the perfume. You want them to remember you, not your scent. Lastly, put on a smile and do your best!

Salam and hi! My interview is coming up but everytime pergi IV, i struggle dengan soalan ni. "Why should we hire you?" Macam mana nak jawab dengan penuh yakin tanpa rasa macam tengah oversell diri sendiri? Atau ada tak cara untuk tunjukkan kelebihan kita tapi still nampak humble? Kalau korang ada tips atau contoh jawapan yang pernah result in korang dapat job tu, please share! I selalu stuck nak jawab soalan ni sebab takut jawapan tak cukup kuat. 😅

Worst interview ever. When I went I just saw 2 staff only they posted vacancy for an Admin. It's all good until the interviewer came she been dig into personal questions until ask about who is the owner of my house? is it rental/own house , my parents salary, how much I pay monthly for the installment even asking about do my grandparents walk or not? also ask question like scam about my current company (abt our customers & colleagues) at the end she said here all is God. Something like religious

Hi Assalamualaikum, saja nak share. Saya baru iv spa Perak pertengahan bulan 2 haritu. Gigih saya pack barang, telefon kawan untuk tumpang tido rumahnya 2 hari sebelum iv. Tapi the result bukan rezeki saya untuk dapat kerja lagi. Tapi saya cuma terkesima bila saya dapat tahu yang iv untuk position tu sahaja dilakukan selama 4 hari yang mana 1 haritu ada 11-13 orang calon. Masa hari saya iv tu ada 13 org calon. Kekosongan pun tak diberitahu ada berapa. Tapi tulah, bukan rezeki saya lagi. Doakan!

Hye semua, saya nak minta pendapat, harini saya dapat text untuk call iv tapi macam rushing pulak sebab saya tak sempat nak prepared or praktis apa2. Jadi, apa yang patut saya buat? Reschedule ke atau macam mana ya? Saya agak nervous la. Plus, HR tu tak bagitahu pun position apa yang dia nak iv sebab saya apply 2 position in that company. Huhu mind to help me? Recently sent out my resume to a few companies and got replies from 5—2 even called for interviews on the same day! Alhamdulillah, I’ve accepted one of the offers. 🎉 What I did differently? Tailored my resume for each job, kept it simple, added a short skills section with keywords from the job ad, and used action verbs to highlight achievements. Clean design and a professional photo helped too! What about you guys? Any tips that worked to make your resume stand out? 😊
