Hi guys, im so depress rn 😌 i love my job, my workplace, my colleage. The problem now is my manager. Dia suka kerja ikut emosi dia, ugut2 kita yg bawah2 ni, & selfish. I dh kahwin, ank sorg bru 11 bulan. I nak bt majlis akikah so i nk apply cuti tp dia tk bg alasan dia dh ada yg apply cuti tarikh tu. I rasa mcm nk berhenti 😭 sbb i jarang mnta cuti utk pergi bercuti. I hanya apply cuti utk appointment checkup anak i je. 😭 ya allah apa perlu aku buat 😭 stress

kekadang pelik dengan boss ni, nak tukar jadual pun last minute… semua last minute. Bila saya tak baca grup? cakap saya tak alert????? orang tidur pun 10malam sebab esok kerja pukul 8pagi … eh eh dia bagi jadual last minute pukul 2pagi..

Market sekarang dah tepu sgt, competition pun makin ramai. I dah try macam-macam weh..promo, iklan berbayar, bundling tapi sales still stagnant. Rasa macam semua orang jual benda sama je, susah sgt nak stand out. Nak naikkan sales, kena fokus kat branding ke, ubah target market ke, or maybe kena cari cara baru untuk engage dengan pelanggan?
