Dah kerja customer service bertahun-tahun, rasa dah penat angkat call, handle customers marah-marah, KPI tak habis-habis. Tapi bila nak lompat company, asyik dapat offer role sama je—CS jugak, angkat phone jugak. Dengan pengalaman dalam CS, ada tak position lain yang boleh try? Maybe something backend, admin, or even training? Ada sesiapa pernah successfully switch dari CS ke role lain? Share sikit jalan keluar korang.

Dah lama kerja dalam customer service telco, tapi sekarang teringin nak cuba masuk industri perbankan pula. 📞💼 Ada tak sesiapa yang pernah buat transition macam ni? Apa skill dari telco yang bank akan nampak valuable? Dan macam mana nak adjust expectation, sebab rasa macam banking punya customer service lagi high pressure. Kalau ada tips atau pengalaman, share lah sikit!

Apa ciri2 yang patut ada utk jadi seorang customer service executive yg mantap dan bergaya? Saya pointer rendah time study but my english is pretty good. So i keep applying for jobs outside of my degree, keje2 yg i rasa semua degree boleh buat and salah satunya ialah CS. TBH, it's a good field for me. Ada career growth, gaji sedap, dan dgr cerita yg keje CS centre semua orangnya fun2 sebab keje stress hahaha...So i hve interviews coming up. Mind to share some tips to nail CS job?

adakah app job street ni beri cadangan pekerjaan pada orang yg ada sijil² pelajaran yg tinggi je??tak ada ke untuk orang yg belajar hingga PMR & SPM??Sy lihat kebanyakan pekerjaan perlukan sijil² tinggi sahaja...

Omg kenapa sekarang mostly company memilih level untk mencari pekerja,btw yes memang saya level SPM sahaja but i kerja dalam bidang F&B almost 5 years macam2 saya tahu dalam bidang ini and i don't know where is masalah resume sya hingaa satu company nie sanggup tolak resume saya and ambil staff baru yang baru masuk dalam dunia pekerjaan and i'm so shocked,x smstinyer u tngok level org rendah and terus skip plsss don't judge people ya belum tentu lagi dia dapat kerja ke tak?

I’ve been working in customer service for 3 years now in the same company, and I’m starting to feel a bit stuck with my salary. It feels like I’m doing the same work as when I first started, but my pay hasn’t really gone up much. I’ve tried bringing it up during reviews, but nothing seems to change. Is it normal for salary growth to be slow in customer service roles? How do you guys manage expectations around salary in this field, and how can I push for a fair increase?

Tolong, I baru kerja 3 bulan dekat company sekarang. Tapi setiap bulan gaji masuk tak cukup. Pastu kerjanya stress sangat. I am suffering a lot. I dah tak happy. Nak cari kerja lain susah nak dapat 😭😭
