Inflation naik. Living costs naik. Requirement tinggi. Kalau boleh nak 20 tahun pengalaman. Tapi gaji fresh grad? RM1,700–RM3,000. Why? Sepatutnya tahun 2026 gaji fresh grad RM7,000- RM8,000 tau!

I swear my biggest hack as a fresh grad wasn’t my CGPA. Yes, it's above 3.0 but that's not it. I learnt a trick during my uni years where a career speaker told us to document everything. Every group project, volunteer task & class presentations, I turned them into a portfolio. During interviews, on top of presenting my achievements, I also show them my portfolio as a proof of credibility and it WORKED! I got hired! My skills speak louder than my degree! Do you hv any tricks that worked for you?

I nk tanya fresh grads yg lain. How do you guys manage your 1st salary yeah? I plan nak beli kereta next year bcz my job requires travelling + penat naik public transport but I'm not sure if it's the right decision sbb baru keje 5 bulan. Pls help me w my financial decision! Salary: RM2300 nett PTPTN: 350 Sewa bilik: 500 makan + transport: 1000 Postpaid: 150 I plan nk beli axia or is it better beli 2nd hand? Ke lagi bijak i beli lps dah naik gaji? Mohon pendapat! I tak pandai sgt bab2 kewangan

Salah ke balik on time? Ya, i fresh grad, baru masuk kerja. But offer letter cakap kerja 8am-5pm only. I came on time, i finished my tasks of the day, so by 5pm i nak balik lah kan? But my manager said, they all normally stayed back until 7-8pm bcz they wanna avoid traffic jam & to sembang2. I was like?? Can't we just socialize during lunch time?? And masa interview takde cakap pulak kena OT/stayback. Now hari2 i TERPAKSA balik lambat. I'm SO ANNOYED. How do i balik on time now pls tell me!!

i really raised my white flag this time, awal awal kena reject because they said i demand too much for 3k, then fine i give up i letak expected salary 2.4k-2.6k and apply company local, they said it is such a waste kalau i kerja gan dorang because resume i quite good. like i tak cukup baik untuk dapat 3k but i jugak overqualified for below 3k ???? i just need a job as a fresh graduate, idk la maybe my my degree and experienced intern and protege tak cukup baik to prove myself kot 🥲

saya dah dapat offer dari company untuk kerja onsite kat banking. dah isi semua document and lengkap, dah submit and janji nak lapor diri 10 november. Hr call tunda tarikh masuk. saya tunggu dan tanya hr update. harini, hr call kata dorang cut budget. and saya boleh cari kerja lain. taktahu nak react apa tergamam. saya dah tolak 2 opportunity lain sebab nak kerja bawah banking section. dah 3 bulan mengganggur tak sangka kene fakehope je.

Bila tengok job posting dengan gaji below RM2500, i senyum je lah because I know my worth. I think it's a good wake up call for fresh grads to be more selective when it comes to work and salary. Tak semua peluang kerja sesuai dengan kita. When we know our worth, we'll be confident to aim higher and apply jobs at the right places. Of course, kalau keadaan you memaksa utk terima dulu kerja dgn gaji yg rendah, it's OK. But always remember that you deserve gaji yg setimpal dgn kerja you ❤️

Hi nak tanya, i baru start kerja so far semua okay. probation 3 months and during probation notice 1 months after dah confirm notice 3 months. so dekat sini i nak tanya if boleh ke nak kerja during probation je then nak resign atas alasan jumpa better offer/ cari opportunity lain yang align dengan study background?
