Hi semua, nak tnya. Berbaloi ke kalau kerja as Safety di Penang in manufacturing(technician position) for salary 2.9k? Bcs im degree holder & currently accept je any position yg offer bcs struggling to find job related to my course..sbb i ponn ulang alik dari Kulim-Penang Island everyday & rasa mcm kurang berbaloi with the workload & salary yg diberikan huhu. Stay sbb belum dpt rezeki lagi. atau perlu berhijarah ke KL utk cari kerj yg bersesuaian dgn experience & education?

Percentage increase in salary for next role sepatutnya between 30-40% increase. Yg offer 20% increase from previous salary tu memang tak patut. Contoh my previous salary 1800 pastu diorang increase jadi 20% so jadi 2160 je memang tak relevan. Perlu consider pekerja punya komitmen nak bayar setiap bulan tu cukup ke tidak dengan gaji yg dia dapat.

Nak minta pendapat ualls, saya tahun ketiga di company sekarang saya bekerja. Benefits only AL bonus MC free parking 40 minutes from home. Environment so well. Task bertambah. Tapi gaji kecik 2k in jb. Komitmen i only kereta & ptptn. Now plan nk ada rmh sendiri.Should i apply another job? Plsss tolong i sekarang dalam dilema.

I'm 26, broke and jobless 😢. I earned RM3,200 as Account Executive but got laid off by SME company after 14 days probation period as manager said I am "useless" for making a few mistakes to our clients. My parents said I'm a fool and my friends never had this issue. It taking me a lot of courage to share this and I need some help and direction😢 I applied to many companies and now a small company offered Account Assistant for RM2,500, lower than my previous company, but should I take it?

I have questions . I have diploma in architecture and 3 years experience in landscape 2 years experience in designer . So I nak cari kerja lain but still in architecture I bole demand gaji 3.5k ke ? Or 3.5k tu terlalu tinggi for diploma ? Mohon menerangan 🙏🏻
