Is it okay to revise and ask for a higher salary at the final interview stage for RM4,000–4,300 (or RM4,200–4,500)? The company stated role’s range is RM3,000–4,500 in the online application site. Im 4y experienced. Initially, I stated RM3,500–3,800 (minimum RM3,600) during the application and screening call, and after the call I’ve since upskilled, met the required software proficiency, and gained more confidence in meeting KPIs. Is it can?

When I was a fresh grad yg tengah cari kerja masa tahun 2022, any offer yang below RM2.5k, sorry.. sis TAK LAYAN. I terus REJECT. ❌ No 2nd chance, no menyesal2. I berpegang teguh that fresh grad KENA WAJIB dapat gaji starting yang bermaruah. After 4x i tolak kerja, FINALLY offer yg ke-5 i dapat RM2.7 + elaun RM300 so total RM3k. So for those yg tengah cari kerja OR nk lompat company, ingat 1 je..never settle for less! Starting gaji tinggi penting utk set your future right ok!!

Hi, saya nak minta pendapat. Company sekarang ada cakap nak serap masuk jadi permanent TAPI maintain elaun intern (oh ni company industrial and offer internship RM1.5k) Ramai kata, even saya apply kerja baru sekalipun gaji lebih kurang je sebab fresh grad dan lebih baik saya accept offer ni sebab sekarang tak banyak hiring. Patut ke?
