2bln lps sy ade dpt satu com yg agak besar tp mngement sgt2 toksik n ikut rules sndiri, yg paling takboleh nak terima bila as staff baru yg kena blajar semua tnpa diajar tp bila xsiap tnpa tanya sbb terus kena makihamun, ugutan suruh berhenti n orglama keep tunding jari pd staff baru for they fault, ade sorg budak intern diberhentikan tnpa sbb yg munasabah n sbb tlg org. so sy decide brhenti notis 24jam tp esoknya call dan ugut nak hntar surat saman sbb katanya kita takde hak 24jam notis.

Hi, boleh ke minta pendapat atau kata2 semangat. Nak dijadikan cerita yang i ni baru masuk end of may kerja as Admin Executive di 1 bangunan residensi kuala lumpur. So i ada Building Exec seorang, Building Manager seorang, dan technichian seorang. Kalau operation manager dia akan datang 2 kali seminggu. Boleh ke bagi tips macam mana nak handle kerja ni sebab i dah rasa burn out sebab kurang training.

Just last week, a HR manager reached out to me and chatted for quite sometime about 45 mins - an hour. All aspects of the JD and the business. He sounds positive/happy with my anwers. He shall schedule for an interview session with the hiring manager. While checking other job status, I saw that particular role from the HR was tagged as Unlikely to Progress! I messaged the HR is there something not aligned or changed of plans? He was equally shocked as he said I was shortlisted. Glitches?

What happens when your boss doesn't micromanage? For us, semua dalam team jadi functional. Takde yang claim credit or pura2 sibuk. Everybody is so hands-on because semua org faham role masing2. My boss as a leader, he helps to set our direction and bagi kepercayaan penuh dekat team utk execute. Any problem? Boleh dtg bincang sama2 dgn dia for him to guide and help where necessary. Everyone feels trusted and take full ownership of their work. The result? Our team is the best in the company. 😊

Balik kerja ontime memang tak salah. Sebab anda dibayar gaji berdasarkan kerja dan waktu kerja. Cuma yang jadi masalahnya adalah, balik kerja jam 1700. 1645 dah siap kemas. Dah tutup komputer. Standby nak balik. Ada pula yang dah standby dekat mesin scan out. Itu macamana kira tu?

Aku saja nak share la , aku kerja dekat company ni dah 4 tahun aku rasa best kerja dekat sini sebab nya kita dah tahu cara bekerja dan environment tapi company ni buat hal ,bonus aku RM66 rggt sahaja lepas tolak kwsp , aku ada tnye hr la kenapa teruk sangt sbb dia kata tolak aku lewat 19 kali dalam masa setahun , aku tnya mcm mana kira dia kata 19x19=361, setahun ada 365 hari , 365-361=4 hari tu je dia bayar bonus . Dekat situ aku rasa macam agak terkilan sebb KPI 88% AA (Above average) .

Saya ingin bertanya bagaimana cara terbaik untuk berdepan dengan pengurus yang terlalu micromanaging. Setiap kali perlu membuat laporan atau berbincang dengan beliau, saya berasa cemas, takut dan tidak yakin. Saya sering merasakan semua yang saya lakukan adalah salah, sehingga menyebabkan saya panik apabila perlu bercakap dengannya. Saya pernah mempunyai pengurus yang sukar sebelum ini. Walaupun ada yang agak cerewet, saya masih berani untuk berbincang dan menyuarakan pendapat.
