It's definitely not easy to find a job. I'm with a masters degree in my hands found very hard to find a job. All this while, I was only able to work for contracts (3 months) for each job. It's tiring. Exhausted but never give up.

Got a contract job offer, but after reviewing the terms, I feel like some things could be better like the notice period and payment terms. I want to negotiate with HR, but I’m worried it’ll make me look difficult or they’ll just move on to the next candidate. Is it normal to negotiate contract terms for short-term or contract roles? Or should I just accept it as-is and move on?
