baru sebulan working in health industry tapi i already encounter too many toxic behavior within each other. nak quit tpi baru mula untuk long term job what should i do, i tgh kumpul untuk kahwin because i taknak partner terbeban kena kumpul sorang sorang. like when u working with all girls and (gen z) ofcourse kroni. tapi i just nak jaga mental health i dan bersikap open with everyone tpi makin lama, makin menunjuk nunjuk toxic behavior tu. teruk sangat. i’d rate 3/10 for the working environment

Hi guys. is there any site giving free course regarding engineering? I know they expensive, and i already job hopping from 6 companies, all of them does not offering any course for skill improvement. (btw, i am only have diploma in electronic engineering computer, now work as technician, sometimes QA. Assembler tech or Debug) gaining experience and skill from collague seems not much and i want to expand further. But, i dont have much money as just get married. Any advice from the old timer?

I see so many fresh grads and even seniors chasing every certificate under the sun. But in every meeting I’ve had this year, the person who wins is the one with high EQ and "people skills," not the one with the longest list of letters after their name. Are we over-valuing technical certs and under-valuing basic human connection? I’d rather work with someone who is reliable and "vibes" well than a genius who is a nightmare to talk to. Thoughts?

Tahun ini gaji saya sekali dengan OT average 4k sebulan bersih. Plan untuk ambil license A0 tahun depan. Doakan saya berjaya. Saya sekarang kerjaya sebagai Facilities Site Management boleh dikatakan banyak melakukan kerja 80% dengan Cleanroom dan HVAC system selainnya saya banyak lakukan Data analysis contoh Air , Water dan calibration. Berapakah demand tahun akan datang jika saya sudah dapat license A0 hanya dengan pengalaman tanpa degree holder? Secara jujur kelulusan saya sekarang SPM.
