Maybe this is just me. But bila kerja sekarang kontrak kontrak & kontrak, susah nak dapat permanent job. Kerah tenaga utk OT pun letih gak otak kan, kerja shift & weekend pun kena kerja. Cuti raya kena rebut2. Never stop cari job, update resume & cover letter.. rezeki permanent ofc hour tak dpt Pernah masa career break dulu, i cari job below RM2K. Pun tak dpt gak 🤭. Advert job skg byk sgt tp requirement yg diminta tu, mcm lebih sudu dari kuah je. Well maybe it just me 🥹

Sebagai kerani di kawasan port (klang) saya cuma agak pelik, kenapa company kawasan bandar boleh ada working days mon- fri tapi kawasan klang mesti kene kerja sabtu. Walhal kerja kerani boleh je setel kan during weekdays.

Just sharing my journey of applying for a new opportunity. iam in my 8 years this coming Nov 2025. Total of experiences I have are about 18 years in Secretarial and Administration, Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, Administration, Marketing Communication, Public Relation and as Designer for hotel. Iam trying to apply for other opportunity sending over 200 plus companies for the last 2 months. So much difference from those days finding a job is not an issue. I guess u guys facing the same

Walaupun ramai yang suka kecam Gen Z, one thing about them is they're never afraid to ask for what they're worth. Sekarang fresh grads semakin ramai berani speak up isu pasal gaji, work-life balance and mental health. This is actually VERY GOOD because generasi baru dah mula sedar nilai diri sendiri dan tahu hak mereka. Lagi ramai yang bersuara, lagi cepat industri akan berubah. Saya percaya masa depan fresh grad akan lebih cerah kalau awareness ni terus berkembang. Keep up the good work! 🔥
