Junior Accounts and Administration Executive
Nak tanya memang banyak company ke yang prefer minimum diploma untuk position Account Exec , walaupun saya ada pengalaman 7-8tahun dalam fullset account , salah ke saya demand gaji 3.5k , saya berhenti syarikat lama atas sebab kesihatan syarikat tak boleh terima kerja saya delay sehingga tarikh operation , dan saya resign 2bulan tak kerja , saya cari kerja dan terpaksa downgrade gaji saya dari 3.6k ke 2.8k ats sbb tiada diploma, tapi selepas comfirm tiada apa2 benefit yang saya dapat dari syrkt.

I understand the frustration of not being able to get the salary and benefits you deserve despite your experience. Banyak company memang ada prefer minimum diploma, but your 7-8 years of experience should count for something. Kalau company tu tak boleh terima delay kerja sebab kesihatan, maybe it’s not the right place for you. Keep looking, you’ll find a better fit!
