Supervisor macam tu memang buat kerja jadi susah. Kalau boleh, cuba buat escalation atau involve pihak higher management kalau HR tak bagi keadilan. Jangan lupa document semua komunikasi. Kalau keadaan terlalu toxic, fikirkan juga peluang kerja lain. Keep calm and protect yourself!
