Junior Accounts Executive
4 years in accounts, yet I’m still labeled as “junior level” while being expected to handle procurement, HR, finance, admin, and logistics all in one role, with an offer of RM3.5k. Interestingly, at the end of one interview, they mentioned they were looking for an intermediate level and didn’t want to waste time. But doesn’t alignment on expectations and salary go both ways? Has anyone else experienced something similar?

HR Executive and Executive Assistant
if your title in your ex-company is Junior Accounts Executive, with 4 years experience in the same company/same title and you're planning to look for new job, why still go for junior position? You can apply for Accounts Executive. You can always nego/reject the offer if it doesn't meet your expectations.
