Hi i need a help. I just found out that i was a contract worker after a month of working there and not a full time. On the offer letter they didn’t mention i am a full time or a contract but their terms looks like i am a full time worker which confuses me. What should i do?

Something seems off—you only discovered it after working for a month. You should request a formal clarification from HR regarding benefits, working hours, and other relevant details. Personally, I would reconsider working with a company that resorts to such tactics.

If your offer letter doesn’t clearly state your status, you should request a formal explanation from HR. Also try to review the company’s policies on contract vs full-time workers so you know your rights and what to expect moving forward.
